Together with KeyPlants, we provide unrivaled experience and capability in modular design and execution. We offer a range of PODs as well as Fully Integrated Modular Facilities for Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical and other Life Science industries.

Our close relations with Hecht, Lödige, Fette and Capmatic allow us to offer complete manufacturing lines for oral solid dose (OSD) as well as powder based products – from raw material to coated tablets, capsules, or mixed powders, filled in capped and labeled containers. Most applications can be designed for batch or continuous operation. Together with Capmatic, we also offer complete manufacturing lines for filling of sterile and non-sterile liquids. 

To complement our powder handling, powder processing, and packaging solutions, we also partner with Consolidated Technologies who specialize in designing and manufacturing end of line packing solutions for multiple life science industries. This includes cartoners, case packers, and palletizers.

ModWave was formed in 2011 by former management of Pharmadule, Inc., pioneer and world leader in modular production facilities for the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, our staff has experience ranging from the global nutraceutical/supplement, food, cosmetic and fine chemical industries, to the ever-changing technology sector. Our expertise includes managing teams globally and developing & nurturing cross-cultural relations.
